📌 Cancellation Policy

Appointments or service bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund will be issued.

💰 Refund Policy

Payments made for online consultations or Ayurvedic treatment packages are non-refundable once the service is initiated.

In case of double payment or technical error, a full refund will be issued after verification.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

📦 Package Cancellation

For wellness or Panchakarma packages, partial refunds may be offered if the cancellation is requested at least 3 days before the start of the treatment.

No refund will be provided for partially used packages.
